Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I get tickets?
Tickets for the InterNASHional Night Market are available through Eventbrite and will be made available in August.

Can I buy tickets the day of?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. We have space limitations for the health and safety of our staff and community so we anticipate all events will sell out.

What if it rains?
Our plan is to have the InterNASHional Night Market rain or shine! However, this is an outdoor event so depending on the severity of the weather, it may be rescheduled. Organizers will reach out to all ticket holders as early as possible with updated event details if severe weather requires rescheduling.

Is the InterNASHional Night Market accessible?
Yes! Our building and soccer field are accessible by wheelchair. Accessible parking spots are available along Ezell Road.

What if medical attention is needed for me or my family member?
We will have a first aid kit available at the front desk right inside the front doors of our building. Staff who are CPR and First Aid Certified will be on the premises. Find the nearest TIRRC staff member (we’ll have name tags on!) and they will direct you accordingly.

Are bathrooms available?
Gendered and single stall gender neutral bathrooms are available inside our building for participants to use. Changing tables are available in both single stall bathrooms.

Are other space accommodations available?
Yes! If you need a private place to pray, we can provide a space indoors. If you need a private space out of the heat to breastfeed or pump, please let us know and we can provide that too. Let a TIRRC staff member know what you need before or during the event and we’re happy to help.

What health and safety protocols will be in place?
All staff, volunteers, and vendors will frequently wash their hands and wear gloves when handling food. Hand sanitizer will be available for all participants. Anybody who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to not attend the event. We have a very generous refund policy in the event that you test positive for COVID or are otherwise experiencing illness. Reach out to Kennedy Wallace at kennedy@tnimmigrant.org if you have questions or need assistance.

Will my dietary needs be accommodated at the Night Market?

The immigrant and refugee-owned food trucks and restaurants at the Night Market will provide a diverse selection of food for everyone to enjoy! All vendors will label their tastings to specify whether something is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, or contains nuts. A program will be provided to every ticket holder listing the map and menus of the food vendors at the Night Market. If you have any questions about the contents of a dish, please find a TIRRC staff member.
